- Avoid direct sunlight to prevent discolouration
- Avoid placing cold or warm items directly on wooden surfaces – use coasters and trivets
- Regularly dust with a soft microfibre cloth to prevent scratches caused by dirt
- Clean spills and dry the surface immediately if wood comes into contact with any liquid

- Rinse a soft cloth in lukewarm water and wring it out
- Wipe wood surface
- Dry throughly after

Warning! Don’t use a real leather cleaner on synthetic leather. Avoid harsh chemicals, paints, detergents and substances with abrasives

NATURAL LEATHER

Steps to Clean:
- For Aniline leather, dampen a cloth with distilled water
- Wipe gently with cloth
- Alternatively, use an approved leather cleaner
- Dry immediately
Warning! Avoid excessive and hard rubbing. Do not dry clean or machine wash. Avoid synthetic leather cleaners, harsh chemicals, paint, detergents and substances with abrasives

RUGS
- Regularly vacuum using a soft bristle attachment
- Do not fold
- Clean spills and spots immediately
- Send rugs for professional cleaning at least once a year
Steps to Clean:
- Scoop up solids.
- Blot out as much liquid as possible.
- Clean with appropriate cleaning agents. Ensure you never apply detergent directly to carpet.
- Blot dry or use a cold air fan.
Warning! Do not rub or scrub rugs as it can cause permanent pile disruption.

- Vacuum regularly with an upholstery attachment
- Rotate cushions to help them wear evenly
- Removable covers can be dry cleaned, but may need partial stretching before re-fitting

Steps to Clean:
- Blot spills immediately with an absorbent, clean cloth

- Rub the velvet gently and then air dry
